Obtained from the blending of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes from high-hill vineyards. Straw-yellow with pastel green reflexes, this classic blend is balanced and persistent, characterised by extraordinary freshness and fragrance with aromatic notes, good concentration, with a wide and variegated olfactory profile.

• VINEYARDS:

  selected Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco vineyards, located in the hilly area (height about 350 m) above the village named Volano

• TRAINING:

  pergola (tellised vine) trentina semplice

• DENSITY OF PLANTING:

  3000 – 3500 /Ha

  intense and fruity, with eventual aromatic hints
