The Moscato Giallo grapes, selected in the highly apposite hills of Castel Beseno, are allowed an extended time on the plant to ripen, until they reach an orangish colour. The harvest is carried out at the end of October and is followed by a precise vinification, blocked when the sugar balance is reached. The maturation on the yeast, lasting until the following Spring, enriches the taste to reach a perfect melting of sharpness, sweetness and tasting length in a unique sensation. The colour is golden with pastel green reflexes, the bouquet, fine and persistent, begins with notes of acacia flowers and afterwards integrates itself with fruity perfumes of ripened or candied apricot. Sweet, honeyed to the mouth and supported by a good acidity which enhances the savoury, mineral and crystalline tasting length.
