Obtained from the precise white vinification of Müller Thurgau grapes, coming from the vineyard of Rio Romini in Vallarsa. The fresh and airy climate of the 750 m/msl altitude where the vineyard is located, and the particular sun-exposure bring out the aromatic character of the variety. Colours and flavourings of this wine, typical fruit of the toils of mountain agriculture, cross each other creating a clear fragrance, pure, slightly spicy perfumes and a note of sage.
