Obtained with solely Chardonnay grapes harvested in the most apposite zones of Vallagarina high-hills. After the white vinification carried on at controlled temperature, the base wine is added to the yeasts and laid down to re-ferment in the bottle, according to the strict codes of Metodo Classico. After over 30 months of slow fermentation and permanence on the yeasts, the disgorging is carried out. The colour is straw-yellow, with delicate golden reflexes. The peralge is fine and continuous. The bouquet is persistent and proposes fruity notes, made more complex by a veil of yeasts and bread crust. The taste is full and fresh, harmonic, long and elegant.
